In the wet, they have zero grip. No feedback. Constantly feel like you're driving on ice. Avoid if you have a performance car....cannot comment on normal cars but would assume its relative

Nearly half the price of my previous continental tyres. Grip is not as good but they last nearly twice as long.If you drive like a nutter these are not the tyres for you. I drive a lot in town with weekend trips on faster roads and in the dry these tyres are fine. In wet conditions providing you have a steady right foot you will have no problems.

I would buy again as the only downside is road noise in my opinion.

OK in the dry. Just let go, completely without warning in the wet, without using hard acceleration, tickling the throttle, or no throttle at all can make these poor wet grip tyres go! Example today, round a 90 degree slightly positively banked cambered bend, tickle throttle on way out and had to lift and correct back end stepping out at approx 25mph. I cannot stress how little confidence these tyres give.

Shocking Tyres in the wet - no confidence at all. Fitted to an approved used Audi TT. Garage replaced them at my request for Pirelli P Zero Rosso's. These tyres are Very Dangerous in the wet !

Bought the car with these set of tires 225/40 R18 in the front and 255/35 R18 in the back. Useless in the wet. Driving hard in the wet makes stability control go crazy. You have to be very careful driving these in the corners on wet roads. The car not only heavily oversteers but also understeers, once I almost crashed into another car when cornering only at 35 mph. You could suspect these to be worn out, but they have more than 5 mm. Situation is much better in the dry. In general I would say these are average tyres in the dry. Would not recommend for anyone that lives where the rain falls down. Changing them to Dunlop Sport Maxx RT in the nearest future.

These tyres are dangerous. I bought my Jaguar XF (3.0d) with these already fitted. Dry grip can't really complain, wet grip they are truly terrifying. Travelling back from work in the wet on a dual carriageway at 74mph (cruise control) went round a slight bend and the back end went walkies.
Still got 4mm left and had them removed for the sake of mine and my families lives.

I bought these to replace Bridgestone runflats. They seem to be quite a soft tyre which explains the high wear rate. In the wet they are better than bridgestones. Pulling away quickly at junctions can sometimes activate the ESP when wet but not in dry conditions. Exiting roundabouts in the wet has on occasion activated the ESP but that is often due to poor road surface.
I'm changing them now with 2mm left after just 16000 miles as I no longer have any confidence in them in the wet even driving with extra care.
I've just replaced these with Goodyear Asymmetric 2, twice the price but hopefully they will last longer and they should be better in the wet.

I have these on my Audi A4, came with the car. 240BHP and 500nm through the front wheels is just too much for these tyres. Traction control is on even on dry tarmac. In the wet, I have no confidence at all, especially in corners, they give way and give no feedback so you cant always tell when they are slipping. They wear very well though, hard compound. Decent tyre for a mid powered family car but definitely not a sporty tyre. Not the most comfortable either, but the A4 suspension is not known for its forgivingess. Good Looks. Am changing to Dunlop SP Sportmaxx RT.

I had always had Pirelli or Conti tyres fitted but as the car is AWD they lasted at best 12000 miles and were costing around 10p per mile so I needed a cheaper option. When first fitted these tyres felt very skittish but once the bloom had been scrubbed off they performed well. I have had no problems in wet or dry. Ride is rather harsh and noisy but some of this is down to the car rather than the tyre. I have done 10,000 miles with them and reckon I will another 8000 before I need to think about replacing. As a budget offering they dont perform as well as Contis but I think they are good value for money and probably will buy another set when the time comes.

Usually a Michelin Pilot user but Accelera's came with car, a little under steer/torque steer in very wet conditions but still impressed enough I have just purchased 2 new sets 235/40/18's. Not a branded tyre for sure but for budget money the best compromise if you cannot justify the cost of branded...

I have these on my rear wheels of my family car (Ford S Max), as our local tire shop did not have the Michelins we normally drive in stock. I was reluctant at first but I think they are absolutely fine. Have driven these in town and on the mway - also on wet and dry. Slightly noisier but not badly so
