Autogrip F101 Reviews - Page 2

Given 10% while driving a Hyundai Accent (185/65 R14) on mostly town for 100 easy going miles
I have bought 4 AutoGrip F101 for my work car: Hyundai Accent 2010 last summer and it was a sunny day. I was very disapointed by the dry traction and the tires was very noisy. I had changed the chinese tire 2 days after for better tire more expensive like Yokohama Avid Touring-S and it was for the best. It was the last time I try to save money, next time going with the best like Yokohama!

Given 56% while driving a Mercedes Benz A (225/45 R17) on mostly country roads for 7,000 average miles
Mrs had them for 6 months. OK for dry, quiet driving. Distinct lack of feel and grip when road gets damp or wet. Old Toyo T1R's (similar cost) have much better grip all round. Not too much wear but frankly one drive recently and an emergency stop on a damp backroad and I am changing them.

I used to teach driving in this car and did plenty of emergency braking practice so know the car can do a lot better. Previously car had Continental Prem Contacts and then Toyo T1R's.

Buying Hankook Optimo 4S for this winter.
