Given 41% while driving a Audi S4 (225/40 R18 W) on mostly country roads for 21,000 average miles
Dangerous! Very good fun on the rear if you like going sideways in the wet but seriously dangerous tyres. I've had them on for over a year now and covered 21,000 miles and they still have 3mm of tread they're a very hard compound which is good if you drive like a nun but if you drive in any way 'normal' or even slightly 'spiruted' you will slide. Roundabouts will either be massive fun or your worst nightmare. Road noise is also terrible it sounds like i need new rear wheel bearings despite having replaced the bearings 1 week ago. You get what you pay for and with these £50 a tyre gets you maximum skids.

Given 26% while driving a Saab Automobile Vector Sport (225/45 R17) on mostly country roads for 8,000 average miles
I bought the car with these tyres they must have been fitted to pass an MOT. The first thing you notice is the noise, unbearable. On a dry road they are at best average, on a wet road DANGEROUS, they just slide. As for wear, in 3500 miles there has been NO reduction in tread however, there appears to be some surface cracks appearing between the tread blocks.
My advice is do not even consider fitting!

Given 21% while driving a Volvo S60 2.0T (225/45 R17 W) on mostly country roads for 0 average miles
Were fitted on my car when I bought it. Sounded like a wheel bearing had gone and it droned at anything over 30mph, dangerous in the wet and mediocre in the dry. Simply put the worst tyres I have ever come across - I would strongly urge anyone considering a set to think again!!

Given 64% while driving a BMW 330d M Sport (225/45 R17 W) on a combination of roads for 8,000 average miles
I have these cheaper tyres fitted on the back as there is no point to buy more expensive tyres for my RWD 330D car is remapped, so torque on the back wheels is over 400nm, so no matter what tyres are on the back of my car, they are gone twice much faster than front tyres, i like spirited driving and yes these tyres require more concentration and experience, but they are still ok, of course i can buy nice tyres for twice of price, but they will be gone in 6 months like any other cheap or expensive tyre in my case...

Given 47% while driving a Volkswagen Bora (225/45 R18 W) on a combination of roads for 10,000 average miles
With these tyres there is no room for error. You must be a confident experianced driver to use these as they are terrible. Yes they are cheap but for an extra £10 a corner you could get far better and less dangerous. If the road is wet you can end up anywhere going through a roundabout or even a easy turning corner. I have had to correct the car many times with these tyres.

Given 30% while driving a Lexus IS250 AWD (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 6,500 spirited miles
Guys....Seriously...DO NOT BUY this crap. They are dangerous...I bought my car from a bloke who just put these on (to do the MOT) He told me "they are performance tyres".
The car is an Lexus IS 250 AWD.
The second day I nearly killed my family. Car just skidding everywhere even at slow speed...On a wet day you have to drive like my grandma would do on the day she left her prescription glasses at home. One day at the shopping center had to do a sharp left and the car skidded side way approx half meter. I was doing only doing 17mph.
If u want to test how good is ur traction control system, well than by these tyres....if u are a pensioner doing only 30mph and only on a dry day, well than buy these crap, cos they are cheap as chip.
Noisy as hell, feels like they are made out of wood... but I think they would last forever...cos the mixture they use might contain sand, sandstone, dirt, wood chips, garden chair and to give some soft stuff to the mixture: mud and a half pizza.
I replaced them after two weeks. Got the new Nokian Z-Line...huh man these are the best ones ever:)

Given 50% while driving a Skoda Octavia VRS (225/45 R17) on mostly motorways for 2,000 average miles
Tyre splits at the seam between the tread and sidewall on the inner and outer edges. Friend of mine has had a set of four all go the same way and had to have them replaced too after 6 months and hardly any wear. Dangerous tyres! Check yours for splits in the same area - can be a reason some are losing pressure quicker than others!

Given 83% while driving a Ford Focus ST 225 (2003 2007) (225/40 R18 W) on a combination of roads for 7,000 spirited miles
I previously had a set of Potenza's on my st225, so when I came across these bct's for AU$60 each I honestly didn't expect much at all. Price of a set of 4 cost the same as 1 Bridgestone.
Honestly they were very impressive from the get go, My ST only works properly when it's driven like a track car. I didn't have any of the for aforementioned problems, no significant noise or lack of grip in dry or wet weather, I do regular track days in Melbourne and I've done the same lap time around Winton with these bct's, I've had them of for about 6 months now and they maybe dropped 10% of its tread. If you drive decently on these things they'll perform more than good enough.

I Agree with all the negative comments. They are dreadful. But what do you expect for £50 each though? Yes they are noisy, give a poor ride and grip and they seem to lose their pressure quickly. I have not had any issues though with cracks or de-lamination and that's after 10K miles in a heavy front wheel drive estate car. The only saving-grace is that they never seem to wear out. I think they must be made of concrete or some other material generally not used for tyre manufacture. If they ever wear out, and i hope they do, I can then justify replacing them with a decent set of tyres.

Lexus IS200 (235/40 R18) on mostly country roads for 1,000 easy going miles
These tyres are terrible. The grip is very unpredictable and a complete lack of steering feel made me instantly uneasy on these tyres. After 3 weeks of very easy driving (because they gave me no confidence) the first patch of ice I hit (at very low speed), the rear end stepped out and was completely uncontrollable. I now have a Toyota Yaris and very high insurance premiums as the Lexus was no more.
