Given 64% while driving a Toyota AYGO (155/65 R14 T) on mostly country roads for 10,000 average miles
This tyres were OEM for the Toyota Aygo. I would say that they are good tyres, without any specific brilliant feature. The grip is fairly good in every condition, including soaking wet conditions. They are a little bit noisy, especially cornering with high temperatures.

The worst feature is the high wear. The front tyres are close to the wear indicator after only 15000 Km. I have to admit that I drive trough a very abrasive mountain road but the Aygo isn't a sport car at all.

I will look for other tyres in the near future.

Given 84% while driving a Renault Clio 1.4 16v (185/55 R15 H) on a combination of roads for 13,000 spirited miles
They were the best choice for my car when I bought them two years ago, but I've marked them down on buy again because there are newer, better tyres out there now for the same or lower price, eg Dunlop Sport BluResponse which is now my first choice.

The PremiumContact2's were however an improvement over the Toyo Proxes T1-R that I had previously in every area except for treadwear. I was happy to sacrifice some wear for better grip and comfort, however. Down to 4mm tread after 13,000 miles on front wheels so still acceptable given the tyre's performance in all other areas.

Given 66% while driving a Vauxhall Corsa Sxi (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 25,000 spirited miles
overall not bad tyres, I bought the tyres same time two years ago and the rear ones still have about 4mm, whereas the front ones need to be relaced now. Farily quiet and have a good grip, but the milage of 25k on them is what makes me search for a different make.

Given 84% while driving a Vauxhall Agila (185/60 R15 H) on a combination of roads for 20,000 average miles
20,000 miles on my driving school car 3mm still on the left edge, 4-5mm on the rest of the tyre (near side front) lots of tread still to go on off side front.

Given 55% while driving a Nissan Micra (185/50 R16 T) on mostly country roads for 11,000 easy going miles
With very little options open to me with the size of tyre fitted to my Micra I am struggling to find an alternative make of tyre to replace these with that have worn out after just 11,000. They were fitted on the car from new and all four now need replacing. The car has been driven sensibly so I am at a loss as to why the wear is so bad. So

Given 67% while driving a Peugeot 306 GTI6 (195/50 R15 V) on a combination of roads for 10,000 spirited miles
Although these were only fitted to my £600 shed, with nackered dampers and the tracking not perfect, I am pretty shocked at how fast these tyres have worn. I think ive covered about 10,000 miles and the fronts are now at 2.5mm. admittidly the tracking is slightly out on the front, but i would have expected a better wear rate than that. I would say i drive fairly quickly generally, but I never make the tyres squeal ( although these tyres do want to at moderate speeds, earlier than I expected). I have previously had toyo t1R's and opted for these as i wanted something that would last longer - i cant imagine even the very soft toyos would wear faster than these have. dry grip is nothing to write home about and certainly not 'big leauge' grip. wet grip is pretty strong compared to previous tyres, i would say its an approximatley equal to the toyos.

One minor thing to mention is from the outisde edge these tyres look like they are bald from quite early on, despite there being a fair ammount of tread. it is something that gets a bit of attention from police and a minor annoyance if you do get pulled over.

overall not a bad tyre if a little disappointing wear rate

Given 83% while driving a Volkswagen VW up black and VW Lupo (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 200 spirited miles
Vw Up Black, wearing 16" rims and 6500mls on the clock, we have also owned a VW Lupo 1.4 16V the last 5 yrs.......Wife does the shopping in both and feels confident and comfortable with all aspects of her drive. I have driven an Escort Cosworth at 143mph (3 up) and recently sold my Mazda MX5 1.8is, which was a cracking all rounder, so....I drove the VW Up Black 200 mls through all road conditions, at 70 mph where possible and pushed it down hill on a heavy long and steady bend. These tyres worked ! Grip was instant and total, braking with confidence in a straight line, no noticable road noise and I was waiting for the tyres to give on that bend, nothing.
My only concern so far is possible wear, remembering, the car is usually driven by a responsible lady, front tyres are 6mm across, rear 7mm across which I reckon is going to give us 18000mls front, 21000 mls rear across approx, I am a Michelin fan so will be keeping one eye on situation.

Given 93% while driving a Ford Kuga (235/50 R18 V) on a combination of roads for 75,000 average miles
These came as OEM on my 4x4 Kuga. Fronts lasted 30,000 miles rears 50,000. I replaced them with more Conti Premium Contact 2. Overall I have now done 75,000 on 6 tyres. Yes they are expensive to buy as replacements but they last well. Was amazed how good they were in the snow, but 4wd helps. Moving to All Season Pirelli with some trepidation. Can't justify nearly £1000 for a new set of tyres in a recession.

Given 92% while driving a Matra djet (165/65 R14) on mostly country roads for 2,000 spirited miles
I've used these on two vehicles - my Djet and on the front of my modified Renault 4CV. My priorities are: wet braking, wet lateral grip (slick roads, not deep puddles) & progressive & talkative behaviour at the limit. I have no interest in how comfortable they are or how long they last & am quite willing to trade off wear against soft compound wet grip. On the 4CV, these replaced the excellent EcoContact3s which preceded then. (Similar behaviour profile except that their structure is tauter than the EC3.) I find them to be a nicely responsive (I run pressures in the mid thirties) & communicative tyre with excellent wet grip (braking & cornering) & benign limit behaviour (glorious 4 wheel drifts in the Djet in the wet). Regrettably, this size is now withdrawn in Australia otherwise I'd be a repeat customer. Recommended.

Given 93% while driving a Saab Automobile 9000 Turbo (195/65 R15 H) on a combination of roads for 30 average miles
Very quiet. Superb grip in both wet and dry conditions. Much better than the P6 Pirelli's that were fitted to the car previously. Coming up to 50,000 Kms and due for replacement. I will fit another set.
