Driving on mostly motorways for 1000 spirited miles
Such a roller-coaster of a journey with Assy5. I had them fitted in different times on all my three cars. One of them twice... They were all different sizes - 17", 18" and 19"
First on the 18" BMW - changed the car completely. Suddenly I fell in love with it again. Such a grip, feedback and handling - amazing. Unfortunately an year after, I started feeling the car shaking. Checked the brakes ofc, but turns out the tyres became egg-shaped. I said to myself "OK, I didn't drive the car for a while, so that's why". Put a new set same tyres. Then on the one with the 19". Guess what happened? Same first feeling of how amazing the tyres are. And year later - egg shaped. Both. Meanwhile I got a third car with 17" wheels to which I immediately put the Assy5 tyres and the car spent the next 7 months in the garage, being restored to perfection. How surprised I was when I took it from there and when I approached 100km/h the car started shaking like there's no tomorrow. Guess what - egg-shaped tyres again.
All in all the tyre is amazing, but it doesn't last and not because of wear. Maybe it's the weather, as where I live is very hot all the time, but as much as I love the tyres, I'm not getting any more of them.

Driving on mostly motorways for 5000 spirited miles
For those who say this tyre is bad, depends on the pressure used or if you know how to dry (maybe on corner you like to brake hard hahaha)

no seriously, this tyre is excellent got on bmw 6 series ,and 245/40-19 Jinyu YU63 Runflat tyre front and rear 275/35-19 Jinyu YU63 Run Flat

Driving on a combination of roads for 5000 spirited miles
All I can say is wow! I bought the tyres 6 months ago due to an article I saw on this site. I very very pleased with their performance. I drive fast all the time (spirited doesn’t quite describe how I drive) and the 650i is a heavy car and when I bought the care it had Pirelli’s on which were not doing the car any justice and furthermore were useless in the wet! I read a few articles on the Ultrac’s and decided to take the plunge it was well worth it!

Good points!
• The handling was vastly improved in cornering and drag pull off.
• Wet handling is notably different.
• Reduced road noise.

Bad points.
• When new you need at least 200+ miles ware-in prior to any heroics (avoid this warning at your peril), I know it's a standard rule for any new tyre, but I would take extra caution with these tyres.
• Warm up is also necessary for normal everyday driving (5 or so miles).

I would recommend these to anyone with a rear wheel drive car the 275/45/19 cost £420 and I’ve had literary every mid-range German sportscar there is, from M3’s (e36-E46), S4,S6, A8 3.8 (mk2), 530i sport, Clk55, 840ci the list goes on and I’ve tried most tires… the Ultrac’s are by a significant margin the best for my style of driving.

OK, most of you have had these one 1 or 3 series. I've got them on a 650. They grip superbly. The car corners on rails. In the wet they don't inspire huge confidence, but aren't terrible. I've done 40,000 km and they have about 5,000 more in them, so I'm pretty happy with that. Yes, they are harsh on bumps, but road noise isn't bad. I've heard that new generation run flats are better - maybe they are but where are they and what are they? I can't find any other brands who do my 275 and 245 sizes.
