i found them to be great tyres after about 15k on two cars im only just getting to the wear markers

wet weather can be fun but hey you should drive to the road anyway

Well in genereal these tyres are very good. changed from f1's and these are so much better. grip in dry is superb. wet is okay but leaves alot to the driver, aquaplaning is very easy in these, it doesnt take much speed before this happens if its nice and wet. as for wear, er well they dont last long. my front are gone after 5000 miles and the rears still look new. if u want these tyres then u just need to accept the fact they aint gonna last a long time if u put the hammer down. drive sensilbly and u will be okay. but for 76 a pair on ebay u really cannot get a better tyre for the price. 100% buy again.

A good tyre for the escort Cosworth, probably helped out a bit by 4x4 technology but good nevertheless. There are better tyres out there but for the price these are ok.

Awesome in the dry, not so great in the wet but still progressive

a very comfortable tyre and quiet, good in the dry and they were very average in the wet at first but the longer i had them the worse they got, after 1000 miles they were useless as they lost their tread unbelievably fast. Dunlop 3000 and sport maxx miles better with wet and dry grip but not as comfy. The yoko paradas look well but dont last in a good state, wont buy again if i can help it

I used these on my track wheels which i sometimes use on the road.

At first i hated them on the road, squeal like hell everywhere. Wear stupidly fast, and silly soft sidewalls.

Took them to the nurburgring, handled ok but preferred toyo t1-r's i had, but they had only been on a few 100 miles so not properly scrubbed in.

Took them to another track day back in the uk after they had done 3k miles and have to say i changed my opinion on them, great for track driving in the dry for those who cant afford road legal semi slicks.

Cant really rate them in the wet, very unpredictable and lack grip, do grip better once scrubbed in properly.

Wear fast as hell however.

some very confused reviews here, but one thing that is consistent is theyre very good in the dry.

in the wet they leave a lot to be desired. emergency braking in the wet being particularly worrying. my car isnt particularly powerful at all but you could still get wheelspin exiting corners in 2nd gear, sometimes 3rd in the wet, especially if there was any standing water.

cornering in the dry was very good. i liked the harder sidewall compared to goodyear eagles. dry braking wasnt particularly impressive. the tyre has a sharp break away which could be very bad news if youre not expecting it or you dont know how to recover from it.

as for the compound, these had a treadwear rating of 310, so not particularly soft at all. mine lasted past 20k miles, but then the geometry on my car is set up properly.

given how poor they are in the wet, i wouldnt get another set. they did handle standing water "ok", but not a good tyre in the wet at all, dry braking is not as good as the dry handling, and when ive seen them used on higher powered cars too, they didnt put down power particularly well either. they lasted a long time though (not strictly a good thing..)

there are far better tyres out there.

Good tyre for very powerfull cars.
its only for racing (and for some type of drag racing) use and its very bad in the wet...you cant start the car in wet.
Very good braking and handling in the dry.
They are late to come in a good temperature in low or normal power.
Ideals for high speeds and for travels.Very bad for normal use in city.
Very quiet tyre.
Very soft and not very lasting.

Dont buy unless you live in a country where there is no rain, you will regret buying these if you need to do some heavy braking in the rain

A very good tyre that is well suited to Escort cosworths.

Form:
I cant say there are many other tyres which look as good as the Parada's....the threads are just amazing!

Function:
Dry - Very very good grip in dry conditions. Great feedback. I drive a FWD car and it grips well enough to substantially minimize understeer.(tested it on a familiar corner) Initial turn in is good, They always let you know if its gonna go into a slide, very confidence inspiring on the dry.

Wet - Not too confidence inspiring in the wet though.

Comfort - These are performance rubbers... naturally, their not made for comfort...

Durability - Not sure yet. Only recently started using them.
