Given 20% while driving a Volvo 960 (205/55 R16 W) on a combination of roads for 3,000 easy going miles
Reasonable grip in the dry but wet weather grip is limited at best - BUT worse still, substantial cracks started appearing around the sidewalls at less than 3 years old/3000 miles. NOT HAPPY - I always make sure pressures are adhered to, and I don't drive like a loony.Tyres to be changed this week, and I will certainly bring this up with the tyre fitters.

What an absolutely useless tyre these are. I have purchased two cars in the last couple of years and have been unfortunate that both vehicles had these fitted. They are a dry road tyre, that is it, show them a wet road and ask them to grip and they will refuse, and you don't need to be pushing them either. Theses tyres are absolute crap, they are only fit to have chimps hanging from them!!

Given 24% while driving a Volkswagen Golf (205/55 R16 W) on a combination of roads for 500 average miles
These came fitted to the rear my car when I bought it, fitted by the dealer to get it through the MOT..
Grip is ok in the dry, but that is about the best I can say about them.
They have very poor grip in the wet, and loose grip suddenly. I have worn out Toyo proxes on the front of the car, and on a wet roundabout the back end of the car is always trying to step out even at low speeds.
They are also a noisy tyre. In the dry it souds like the rear wheel bearings are shot.
So I am afraid I cannot recommend them, even if you are on a budget. Hopefully the new EU laws will rid the UK of such poor tyres as these.
They are coming off the car ASAP and being replaced with something much better, as I don't feel safe letting my family travel in the car with them fitted.

OK, but not spectacular in the dry.
Shockingly bad in the wet.
If very little control and plenty of sliding is your idea of fun - then these are the tyres for you.
I won't be getting these again.

I dont know wheather to blaim the person who put these tyres on the car or to blaim the manafacture to be honest, they should not be legal, roundabouts at 5-10 mph and its like your on ice ! i braked at 70 as someone pulled out on the mnotorway and they sent the car snakeing along the motorway ! granted i have a cup suspension which is very hard but i am genuinely shocked by these tyres, i just dont understand how they can be sold !

I've had two sets of these tyres on my 1.8 Mk3 Mondeo. In the dry they're perfectly ok, but as has been mentioned by others, the wet handling is 'entertaining' / 'lethal' depending on how you look at it. In the wet, the entire car will let go on a regular basis even as low as 10mph on smaller roundabouts - but the good news is that they are extremely progressive and give good feedback.

If you're prepared to listen to what the tyre is telling you (they speak up a lot sooner than decent tyres of course!) and drive accordingly, they are an ok average tyre. If you'd prefer that the car go in the intended direction on a wet corner / roundabout without corrective measures, these probably aren't for you.

I like them for their price, decent longevity and feedback - however, in the wet I'd say they're not for the inexperienced.

Given 50% while driving a Opel Astra G (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 5,000 average miles
very bad really i'm shocked how these can be sold to any climate that it rains in. they have past the E.U saftey test and that only tells me that the E.U dose not test hard enough. I now have to buy 4 all new tyres as i wouldn't want to put myself and others road users in danger as soon as it rains. please do not buy these tyers unless you only drive in dry weather.

Given 87% while driving a Rover 75 (215/55 R16 W) on mostly country roads for 26,000 average miles
Am about to buy the 3rd front set of these for my Rover 75 diesel. They suit the car superbly and have just given 26,000 miles on the front of a heavy FWD car. Having driven through snow, floods, long haul and some seriously twisty stuff - they out-perform the car's abilities. I'd recommend these ofr this vehicle over anything else - they're up with the Bridgestone rears on my Porsche in terms of compatibility with vehicle. they're a good price too.

My only criticism is when they 'go off' - this happens over about 1,000 miles - you know about it - less feedback, a bit of tramlining and little bits of loss of grip where performance was previously solid - there's a few mm left before the wear indicator when this happens - but after 26k who'll complain?

Given 44% while driving a SEAT Leon Cupra (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 9,000 spirited miles
Average tyres in the dry but complete crap in the wet. Lost the back end of my car(and it's a FWD!) on wet roads/roundabouts on several occasions, all at less than 15mph! Don't buy these if you value the life of you and your family! If you can afford it go for some vredesteins instead, they 100x better in the wet and 10x better in the dry!

Given 77% while driving a Ford Galaxy (215/55 R16) on a combination of roads for 50,000 spirited miles
Had loads of these for my Galaxy.Took the risk of cheap tyres.Had the car 6 years now and dozens of Event tyres on.Previously Dunlop.Dunlops are better but not that much and half the price. We do NOT drive this like a normal 7 seater. We drive it hard and the tyres stand up to it easily. To put it in context.I asked for 2 more Event tyres fitting and they fitted Triangle tyres because they screwed up.I was going on holiday in the car so i left them. They are dangerous in the wet.Should be baned.Thats how much budget tyres can differ.
BUY EVENT. Dont know about sports cars, but we do 100+ mph fully loaded even caravan at times...NO PROBLEM.Wet driving is good dry is good.Well worth the £ and still safe
