I had 4 of these fitted to my Freelander, on 25k after it had worn it's Continentals out. The Falkens are noticeably quieter, grip & loook better too, they've done 33k now & still have plenty of tread left, the Wife's Focus has spent it's Pirelli P6's after only 16k, so a new set of Falken FK452's will be fitted tomorrow.

I have a pair of these on the rear of my Honda S2000. Bridgestones RE02 is the recommended tyre for this car, but the garage didn't have any, and sold me another brand (Admiral)which were awful, it felt like the diff was locked! After a puncture, I went and bought a cheap tyre to get me home and bought 1 Falken 452, well impressed so went back and bought the other side to match. These tyres are excellent! good performance in the wet, fantastic in the dry, the feedback from the tyres is excellent, so much so that I can tell the side walls flex slightly. I have noticed they wear quite quickly, I have done 5,000 miles and can see they have worn quite a lot, I doubt if I will get 10,000 miles out of them, but I will definately buy again.

The Focus initially had Hankook Ventus Prime K105s on the front, and GT Radials on the back, but after they were starting to lose (the little) grip that they had, thought I'd whack a set of these on, and they transformed the car. Superb grip in the dry, never understeered once, and really had to be stupid to get any straightline wheelspin, although the focus is not the most powerful car in the world. In the wet they were good as well, although I unfortunately sold the car before I had a chance to find out how they are when they are right up against the legal limit.fuel economy even went up as well!couple that to an attractive tread pattern, and keen pricing, and i think falken are onto a winner!

An awesome tyre wet and dry, especially in heavy rain and for my relatively heavy Audi A8 Quattro Sport, in which I don't hold back. I've been running these tyres (inc their predecessor FK451's) for 7 years, becasue the shere grip and performance you get per £ is unrivalled. I have a Motortrade background so have driven and comapred them to many other more expensive tyres and only Bridgestone's came close. The compromise (for me) is possibly wear, but I do drive 'enthusiatically' with a heavywight auto. I thoroughly recommend them.

Good tyre, good grip in all conditions. Wear as good as the Conti's these replaced at at half the price.

Had 4 of these on an MX-5 for 25k miles at which point rear was down to the wear indicators, front had around 4mm left. Good handling, good grip in the dry, decent in the wet until the last few thousand miles, then very quick to let go on a damp surface. Utterly awful in the snow, but that's probably the car rather than the tyres

First set of tyres on this car and was very impressed. Got 20000 miles out of the rears and fronts still have a bit more left in them. Had one huge fishtail experience at very low speeds on a muddy/wet road when the tyres were new and from then on drove gingerly in the rain. Never did trust them in the wet. Dry grip cannot be faulted for a tyre of this price. Always felt very planted during summer driving. Always gripped good even on hard take offs. Aqua planing does seriously destable the car even at low speeds. Probably buy them again but gonna try a different set next time.

i used to have michelin ps2 and now moved to fk452, they are good tyres for the price you pay. however, the noise level is more in fk452. overall good buy for the money. recommended.

I bought these as a cheap option when upgrading to 18" alloys and really regretted it. Road noise was noticably high but I thought this could be due to the bigger Alloys. The Fronts wore out quite quickly and had to be over inflated to prevent torque steering and wandering on road undulations. When the fronts and rears were swapped over the road noise massively increased and was terrible. I even thought there were bearing problems until I finally replaced them with Continental 3's. These blow the Falken out of the water, so I wound not recommend or buy again.

Placed these on a audi a4 3.0 quattro, they took about 500 miles to bed in and whilst doing had a awful floaty / vague feeling to them.. As soon as the moulding marks disappeared they performed as good as proxy p1s and p zeros.. However after only 5 k miles they started producing a lot of road nose that increased as you slowed or braked... Replaced them with proxy p1s arguably the best tyre out there..

Would not recommend the fallen 452, spend slightly more on the p1s that will last you at least 3 times the mileage

fitted this tyre falken 452 on my honda civic,runs well both in wet and dry condition,tried it on snow not bad at all as it was not design for it.after 18000 miles , tyre is already bald but the performance is on and at reasonable price.

After having a set of Avon ZZ3's, the FK452's are in another class. Matching the ZZ3's in the dry and beating them by miles with wet grip and wear rate. Better feedback too. I've just replaced the rears again with 452's but the fronts still have 5 mill left on them. For the price you can't really go wrong with them.
