Good grippy tyres but would not buy again as the wear rate is ridiculous

In straight line these tyres grip as good as P-Zeros, Michelin Supersport/Pilot Sports 2/3. A little softer in the side wall and therefore feels different in the corners but where the others tyres let go suddenly, you can predict more with the squirm/feedback from these. Wear is good for a tyre of this performance, I dont understand how some people can complain about the wear besides the price is brilliant. Over 8,000 kms and there is still a lot of tread. Cant comment on rain driving as I dont drive this car,(450 HP R32 GTR) in the rain but I see nothing different on a wet surface.

I own a BMW 318ci Convertible, so we are not talking about a car that is breaking any land speed records. After owning these tyres for 4 months and driving at tops 5,000 miles, the rears are ripped to shreds, I am very disappointed with the life of this tyre. However, the handling/braking in both wet and dry has been fine and they have been very comfortable tyres. Due to the short life of these tyres I will definitely be looking elsewhere next time.

Good tyre. Far better grip, especially in wet, but similar comfort and wear as Pirelli P6000j.

used 2 set for t1 sport ... but current set abit disappointed ..i cant feel the performance as 1set t1 sport i used.. i hear that toyo factory in cut cost condition coz of merging with silverstone .... i love this tire, dry n wet also in ourstanding status for street drive, improve breaking ... next tire i wil switch to another brand .. sorry toyo...

I put these on to replace the Bridgestone RE050 run flats. I find that these tyres absorb the road bumps far better than the Bridgestones, although that could be because these are not runflats. I find them to grip as good or better than the Bridgestones, with good steering feedback. Maybe the BMW is better insulated to sound, but I certainly don't find them to be noisy (as some people have suggested) in fact I think that on some road surfaces that these are quieter than the run flats. I cannot complain about wear either. I have about 15,000 klm's on them and they are hardly showing much wear at all. All up I'm extremely happy with them and would buy again

previously on michelin ps3,garage recommend these toyo will do just fine and after 4months of usage, my experience is that it has no difference in dry grip when compare with michelin ps3 however in wet condition the grip is still good(about 90% of ps3 wet grip feeling),but ps3 will run away in wet easily.
the feedback is active and as good as ps3.noise is definitely higher but still acceptable. as many of the t1 sport user noticed the wear rate is quite fast, as my front is already half way used... but i was always on a heavy footed style
overall a really good tyre to buy when compare with price&performance

Surprisingly comfortable soft tyre for a performance category.
A little aquaplaning detected over somes puddles in this tropical country during raining season.
Overall very good comfort and performance for the price paid. Good value!

If users are getting less than 20k miles why not claim on the Toyota warranty?

This is my review after 2 months usage. Great grip on both dry and wet roads. As this is a performance based tires, noise is higher but acceptable. As for the rest, gotta use for another period of time for further review.

For a mid range tyre the T1Sport performs very well for the price. Grips very well in dry and wet. Road noise is minimal and comfort is fantastic. Perfect for daily driving with the ability to push it when you want. Definitely a step up from the T1R in terms of ride quality and comfort.

Great tyres, first tried them on my transit sport, did great, lasted about the same as every other tyre, 7-9k miles. now on my 4th set on front and 2nd on the rear. Wouldn't have anything else. Maybe not the best in snow/ice but still a great tyre.
