very noisy tyre, good grip in the dry only average in the wet. very easy to spin the rears on damp wet roads. only 7000 miles of average driving and they are on the wear indicators.

Good dry grip but still possible to spin the rears when pulling out, much worse in the wet. Noisy on poor surfaces and quite jarring on small imperfections at motorway speeds, both of these traits are dependant upon tyre pressure. At full load pressure the noise is much worse. generaly good around town at slow speeds. Back to a more conventional tread pattern for the next set.

Great handling & grip - but wears far too quickly for my liking. I'm having to change every 12000 miles - and that's with a lightweight car.

I enjoyed the dry and wet grip of this tyre. The tyres were already almost wore out when I purchased the car (used). My biggest complaint about them is the very loud noise they make. I don't know if they are so noisy when new, but at this point the noise is really bothersome. Except for this, the ride comfort is good. I plan to exchange them for Toyo T1R.

feels as if glued to the road at speed on dry roads wet grip ok (do not drive to fast in wet conditions)very noisy on poor road surfaces 5mm tread left on front tyre after 8000 miles happy with tyre but might invest in premium tyre next time around

I would NOT recomend these tyres to anyone my tyres started to split on the inside and out on the edges between the tread blocks (im awaiting tyre report back for waranty). these tyres DO NOT suit the bigger car there suposed to work with !
before they started to come apart they seemed to be a not to bad allrounder

Given 74% while driving a Ford Mondeo (225/40 R18 T) on a combination of roads for 10,000 average miles
There were four of these on the car when I bought it, the rears were just worn in but the front ones were very worn, so I did a deal with the garage to get new ones. I have done 10k miles since then, over all types of road and with all sorts of loads. They are down to 6mm left all round now, so are wearing reasonably well.

On A roads these are fantastic, with good feel, and good grip in all weathers, so for most journeys, I love them. The stability and feel on corners is really nice for a big family car.

They are quite noisy at motorway speeds though (and I mean some way north of 70), particularly when the tyres are inflated to full load carrying pressures. I have found the tyre pressure really affects the level of noise. This may just be a consequence of having the 18" rims, but it is a bit wearing on long trips. The noise seems to depend massively on the quality of the tarmac too, more so than in other cars I have had, as on the occasional stretch of good smooth road, the noise goes right down. The comfort level is fairly good at normal pressures, but at full load pressures they are a bit more bumpy.

I'm probably going to try another tyre with a more traditional tread pattern next to see if I can get something quieter, but these do have good qualities, and if only I could drive at less than 70 all the time, they would be fine.

Given 30% while driving a Saab Automobile 9 5 Aero Wagon (225/45 R17 W) on a combination of roads for 15,000 spirited miles
Tyres were OK and a lot cheaper than other premium brands, but found that grip in the wet was poor and was badly affected by tramlines.

I have found the tread to be of a good compound and provides a good amount of grip when pulling away or braking. However the side walls are very soft and flex when you push round a corner, the upside of this is that they are very comfortable and rather quiet.

Not the best tyre in the world but a safe one, if these came fitted to my car as standard then I would not be disappointed.
