These tyres were awful - I was actually pleased paying for my new set of Falken ZIEX 914 Ecoruns today. Although the grip was ok they were so noisy I thought my diff/wheel bearings/propshaft had gone faulty (and took it in for repair) - on most roadsurfaces including M4, M25, M11 and M5 they howled pretty much the whole time, below 30 mph they were fine. They wore relatively quickly (thankfully). My new tyres have transformed my car (although I have only done 100 miles on them - I would not recommend, particularly for a Mercedes C Class

Felt like driving on plastic tyres.

Gripped well in the dry when new but were bad when nearly worn out. My kit car is light and I don't think that the tread deformed enough to get any heat into the tyres, this got worse as the tread depth reduced with wear. I ran them at 18 PSI to create some heat.

They were always terrible in the wet or on greasy roads...safer to walk or catch the bus!

Not a performance tyre, fine on a family saloon, but steer clear on anything sporty
