End of life review: so, I bought these in May 2020 for la 5 series 520d with 177hp, rwd. I used them by rotation, for 3 summers and aprox 30-35k km on mixed roads. I planned to use them this summer as well, two of them had 4mm and the other two had 6mm, but, even if I properly stored them, had correct pressure in them and so, they show advance aging https:// imgur. com /a/BoXRfVW (remove spaces) which never happened to previous 4 sets of GY that I had on different cars for even 4-5 years/set, but also, never had GY UHP tyres before.
I replaced them with Hankook Prime 4, as I wasn't feeling safe with them anymore and also they became very noisy but still with a good grip both on dry and wet.
Not sure if I will buy any other GY anytime soon.

Very good tires. Great grip in both dry and wet conditions. Also good steering feedback and amazing braking. Quite noisy, of course, although over time I got used to them. Excellent purchase. The review is for 225/45/18 fitted to a Fiat 500X 1.3 DCT Sport for 3500 miles

Fit to replace old Kuhmo that lasted me 70K and expected much better for a premium brand. Cannot really fault on dry/wet but very not really forgiving on curve. - the real issue now : almost gone after 30K. .... Will buy Michelin next time- safer bet or Kuhmo again if finance don t allow it.

I bought two of these Goodyear’s and put them on rear end of my Insignia Biturbo 4x4. At first and they really impressed me with the level of grip and how relaxed they made me feel even when late for work and pushing the car. Next season I put them on front and I was even more impressed with the way the car took on curves. Only drawback I can think of is that they wear quite fast but that’s probably my fault for driving the way I do in the mornings

I bought thes ebased on recommednations and reviews from others but found them lacking. They do not give the car the 'sure footed' feeling in the corners and they slip under acceleration from a standing start far too easily even when pulling away gently. They have worn out on the front with less than 10,000 miles covered and mostly careful considered driving. I usually have my family in the car so I hardly ever drive in a spirited manner anymore, certainly not pushing the tyres to their limits with hard acceleration, braking and cornering so I am seriously disappointed by the lifespan of these tyres. I won't be fitting them ever again.

Factory tyres in my giulia diesel. Most miles on motorways in high speed, mostly in dry and hot conditions (living in Greece). Very balanced tyre, both on dry and wet surfaces. Only negative the noise they make. Thinking of replacing them with asymetric 6.

High dry performance, high mileage, good road feedback and wet handling. To buy again for sure

I had the asym3 on the G30 and I was very satisfied, the asym5 is an even better tire.

after 2 seasons tire is awful on wet grip is horrible, much worse than my winter kleber HP3 tires. on dry road the ride is fine so far, but driving on wet is a night mare, as you are on ice

Did about 30.000km on them, before them I had the GY EfficientGrip (101 XL) and they were much, much better for my car. With the F1s I had a handling issue as the side wall appeared to be to soft (97 load index, no XL) and the car went all wobbly when going over pot holes. Likewise the car was unstable when making fast lane change maneuvers, it did a boat wobble which I hate. Looks like they are not suited for big sedans in this dimension, if you like driving a bit friskier. Also they wore quite fast and after 3 seasons they had to be replaced as the front had only 3mm left (I did switch front/rear every year). The braking was good in dry and wet. Will be looking at other tires this year. I also noticed a dip in the middle of the tire when I took them of the wheels.

Having replaced my ageing Continental Premium-contact 6's and looking over the reviews decided to buy some Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5's from reviews. Absolutely no issues with performance but the tyre life sadly is not good - mine lasting a mere 4500miles (I cover 1000miles/month) so very disappointed as how soon I need to replace them. In hindsight looking at my records I did put these similar model Goodyear tyres on 10-15 years ago and they also lasted a mere 4000 miles back then - I obviously forgot to check my history! So back to Continentals! The fronts are F1 V6 and to be fair are looking almost new so cant complain there.

Very good tyre. Great on wet and dry. Best wear ever. I did 65.000km with this tyres on 2.0 tdi Golf 7 Variant (185Hp, 430Nm). Sure i did swap tyres from rear to front and back every 10-15.000km to male them wear even. I will buy again.
