Given 93% while driving a Skoda Fabia vRS (205/45 R16 W) on a combination of roads for 5,000 spirited miles
I bought these tyres to replace a pair of Avon ZV3's which were on the front of my car when I bought it, The Avon's lit up the traction control with the slightest blip of the throttle and slid around everywhere even with the slightest amount of drizzle and taking roundabouts was dangerous, the Uniroyal's on the other hand are on the other end of the spectrum in a league of their own, they stick in the dry and you feel glued to the road in the wettest of conditions, they have never failed me. A couple of things to note with these are the walls are very soft (took a chunk out of one when I scraped a curb) and they do wear quite quick (but I do hoof it around everywhere and my car has been remapped so is pushing 170bhp & 325lb torque). I would definitely recommend these tyres to anyone who feels their tyres are not performing as well as they should. You can also get these at a reasonable price too ?61.00 per tyre delivered.
