Given 100% while driving a Vauxhall Astra VXR (235/35 R19 W) on a combination of roads for 150 average miles
Had these tyres fitted for approx 150 miles now, the grip level for first 50 miles was average but the more miles i add the grip just keeps on improving, so far i'm impressed, £282 for 2 from camskill and what a bargain ive bought!!!
#note dont be alarmed by tread pattern when side by side, they seem like there sided tyres but i assure you this is normal, i checked and double checked #
i will add another review when ive covered more milleage.

I am part of a very small group of people who get excited about installing their summer tires, but if you drove on Vredestein's Ultrac Sessanta tires you would understand why.
Last June i finally made the switch. I decided to throw out my old and worn out Nexen N3000 tires and go with something a little more...European. I wasn't very pleased with the tread life of the Nexen's (roughly 20,000 miles), so needless to say i was a little weary of spending twice the amount on a very similar product.
As soon as i left the parking lot with my newly installed tires, i knew that the money was well spent. I instantly felt a smoother, quieter ride and better grip than i had imagined possible.
I took the tires on a very aggressive test drive, and no matter what Dukes of Hazard style maneuvers i attempted, the tires simply would not lose traction. I had no idea such traction was possible in a powerful rear-wheel drive vehicle.
So i know what you're thinking. The tires are great on dry roads, that's to be expected. How about wet weather performance? Even better.
These tires grip more in the rain than any other tire i have ever driven on. The Sessantas cut through puddles of rain like a hot knife through butter. This tire allows you to drive in the rain without altering any of your driving habits (for better or worse). I was unable to plant even the tiniest seed of doubt in my mind about these tires even after corning in the rain at extremely high speeds.
Quite frankly i have been incredibly impressed by these tires.
If you have a muscle car or a sports car that you dream of driving like it's meant to be driven...Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta tires are definitely the way to go.
I also love the designer look of the tires and i have received many compliments on the design and appearance of the tires...as well as the performance (from people who have driven with me).

If you are running a Cayenne ...there is NO alternative worthy of consideration. VUS vs all the options is hands down the finest choice for a premium sports UV. If you are west coast and experience plenty of rain...this is the finest summer option available. Presently running the VUS from April thru Oct on custom Victor rims. Approx 7 K per season. Expect one more full season before replacement is anticipated. Purchased from Sorat in North Van. Great service and follow-up. !

Given 93% while driving a Volkswagen Golf GTI Mk 5 (remapped 270 BHP) (225/35 R19 W) on mostly town for 500 spirited miles
Tried the rest then got the best!! I drive a Manual VW Golf MK5 Gti with over 280 BHP and i strugle to put power down off the lights with other tyres untill I was suggested these by a friend with a 911 turbo and wow i was impressed. To be honest no other tyre ive had so far(Michelin PilotSport3, Goodyear Eagle F1, Bridgestone Potenza RE050a) has beat these. Grip is perfect in dry conditions, in the wet you cant expect much with any tyre due to the amount of power at the front wheels. Tyre life is good considering i have a heavy foot! road sound is the same as the others really. If you strugle to put power down in 1st and 2nd buy these tyres you wont regret it!!!

Have had a set on my corvette for the past 3 years and am replacing this year. I have read review after review and not until I came across ratings that included Europoean tires did I see Vreds; ranked higher than all and for good reason.

I originally selected the Vreds because of the water shedding capability as living on the coast the day you start with when you go for a drive isn't always the day you get when you are miles from home. I had drove several performance vehicles on different rubber in the rain; but nothing shed the water like the Vreds. I recommend them particularly if you get frequent downpours.

Guess what I just ordered, again. And even for Canadians and Americans these tires are available through eBay.....I have them on my Audi too....excellent.

A distint improvement over the OE Dunlop Sport Maxx. Smooth, quiet and delivering outstanding performance, I highly recommend these tires.

Best dry and wet grip, outstanding road feedback! Snow grip and snow braking are terrible (but this is summer tyre):)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought these tires after Michelin Pilot Sport 3 PS3 and i would like to say that vredesteins are much-much better! Only one thing that is not so good - average wear!

Given 79% while driving a Subaru Impreza WRX STI (225/45 R18 W) on a combination of roads for 10,000 spirited miles
As opposed to some of the warm hatch drivers on here I run a 320bhp Impreza, with proper 4 wheel laser alignment and geometry setup.
The reason I point this out is because I drive the car pretty hard, with a fair amount of negative camber dialled in, yet these tyres commonly last more than 10,000 miles, which in a performance car isn't bad!
For those of you in 170bhp Golfs etc if you're blaming the tyre for your wear rate I'd suggest you either need to get a proper alignment, or learn some clutch control!

These are superb in the dry in comparison to Goodyear and Dunlop and having switched three years ago I wouldn't go back.

They have a good protective rim for alloys, are easily as good as Toyos etc in the wet, but wear better. They also don't aquaplane or suffer punctures like the softer Avon's.

For thee price nothing gets near them.

Great tyre, but being past the TWI at 5k miles isn't really acceptable! I guess the soft rubber is what makes it sticky and what causes such bad wear.
