Kumho ecsta hs51 Reviews - Page 3

Given 90% while driving a SEAT 1.4 TSI (215/45 R16 V) on mostly town for 10,000 easy going miles
I have fitted those tyres in wife's car, they are very comfortable and better than the old OEM - Dunlop, the car become softer with less noise.
Good grip on dry and wet, with acceptable wear level so far.
I would buy them again.

Sidewall soft. Comfortable. Handling when straight line ok. But when cornering, wobble.. not recommend for highspeed cornering. When road wet, cornering bad. U can hear the tire sound.. aquaplanning, not very good.

Given 85% while driving a Renault Clio III dci 106 (195/50 R16 V) on a combination of roads for 5,000 spirited miles
I'm really satisfied with this tyres, despite they are less comfortable then previous ones (Hankook Ventus Prime 2), tyre feedback is more responsive, manufacturer's approach is more Dunlop-like. I still can't estimete tyre wear but they promise good.

Given 45% while driving a MG MGF VVC (215/40 R16 W) on a combination of roads for 5 spirited miles
Bought these to replace what I think are shockingly dangerous Toyo proxes T1r's on my MGF,
I have only done around 5miles on these but there is more control of the car as its mid engine rwd I now feel confident i can now throw the car onto a corner and come out facing the correct direction.

These are very good tyres and going to buy 2 more for the front of my car shortly!
