As a cheap charlie I have often purchased budgets, lived with their limitations alphas wanlis etc but these are incredible (bad).
Only put on the front and off down the A3 in the dry, onto A31 slip road following traffic ABS light flickers, following vans, caravans front just "pushes" not even funny just juddery understeer. Fairish straight line stopping and in the wet just very limited. Tried reversing the tread (pseudo unis)) no better.
Without the judder could suit "drifter"-just joking.
Look like they will last for ever (in my garden). Now back on Continentals.

Thought i should write a little review. glad to see some more reviews on here and im not the only one with the wet performance problem.

I will be looking to change these tyres asap. Almost crashed several times in the wet (even damp). These tryes are terrible in wet, going around roundabouts and coming to a stop in a hurry. would not recommend.

Downright dangerous in wet. My 300bhp 440Nm remapped Saab Aero has a set of these on the front.Wheelspin at 80mph in the wet, understeer like a hovercraft on wet roundabouts.Even with 7mm left on tread will be swapping on Saturday for good year assymetric f2s before I kill my family along with someone else's. I would not put these on a wheelbarrow.

Just rubbish, nearly died with these tires on in the wet. Cant go round corners in wet with no throttel at 30kph. so so SHIT!

I bought some new alloys a year ago shod with 4 brand new Autogrip F107.
For price & grip I cannot fault these tyres.

This week 2 of the tyres blew out on the sidewall. There was still plenty of grip left so needless to say Im slightly annoyed but I guess this is the downside of cheap tyres. We have had some cold weather with temperatures around -2 so perhaps these cheap tyres arent able to cope with temperature changes.

I dont plan to keep the car longer than another 6 months so I have bought 4 more of these tyres as they are within my price range. If I had more money I would steer clear of these tyres as they dont seem to last longer than a year.

i just put a set on my bmw 535d remapped 340bhp great in the dry ok in the wet top of the range tyre for the bmw would cost £200+ these £95 so if they move about in the wet a bit its not the end of the world i have to be pushing on to get them to move in the wet have bridgestones on the rear before these they moved just the same in the wet. i find it hard to believe that these tyres would break away in the wet the way alot of people on here is saying on slower cars :)

The car came with a mixture of Autogrip F107/Autoguard tyres. These are O.K. in the dry but lethal in the wet. Even with 4 motion 4WD, without warning at roundabout speeds all four would suddenly break away in the wet. The spare was an Avon ZZ3 and soon as I put the Avon tyres on the car will now go around a roundabout without the back end sliding. Do not buy these tyres! Spend a little more and get a midrange tyre.

Bought an Audi A4 2.0 petrol. Car came supplied with these tyres; as they were fitted they were as new in terms of tread depth. Okay in the dry, absolutely lethal in the wet even at low speeds i.e. 30 mph around town. Traction control constantly lihghtinh up and the car would hold not a line on wet roads coming off roundabouts, etc. Like driving on ice when you don't expect it. Don't buy Autogrip F107!!!

Changed tyres for Michelin Alpins and theyr have transformed the car at all speeds and weather conditiosn including driving on snow.

These tyres came with my Saab 9-5 2.3T. Uninspiring to drive on the dry roads throughout the West Midlands, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire, but a death trap in the wet. Did not realise they are so bad. Tyres pressures as per car and the ambient temperature at the time and really wet roads on smooth tar mac. Useless. Rippled concrete really noisy. The wet is a real problem with little or no grip was like being on ice. Had to slow speed to ensure no emergency braking because the stopping distances are much too long. The next chance I have I will be changing to Michelin Primacy 3 for safety and economy.

Terrible tyre got them as pervious budget tyres from same place had been upto what i wanted. These however turn the car into a death trap, no grip in the wet minimal in the dry, horrible vibrations off them will be replacing with kumho ku39s as these have been great in the past and on par with previous toyos i was running .

OMG - thank you for writing these reviews. I thought it was me and that I had suddenly turned in to a dangerous driver after over 30 years of being a safe one with No problems. These tyres are a disgrace. Highly dangerous in the wet and not that great in the dry either.
I am not made of money but I am going to replace these tyres urgently before I become road kill. What make of tyre would you recommend that is safe and has the performance I am looking for please? Any recommendations are welcomed as I am not an expert and don't want to be ripped off. Thanks Sue

These tyres were fitted to the car by the dealer. I know that dealers cannot put a premium set on as at this size you wont get much change from a grand, but these tyres should have come with the following:
Warning! Getting these tyre damp could seriously damage your health!
The wet grip is so poor as to be hazardous. Wet braking is poor but wet lateral grip is nonexistant. Just looking at the throttle when exiting a corner results in closer look at the Armco than you intended.
I am not a fast driver, and in the 30000 miles these tyres were on my car (which is good wear in my opinion) I never had an incident with these tyres fitted. Dry grip was ok for a budget tyre but if someone pulled out on you in the rain, these tyres would do nothing other than escort you to the scene of the accident.
( Now fitted Michelin Premacy 3s. In the wet car handles like its on rails! Do yourself a favour and check them out!)
