Given 73% while driving a Ford Fiesta mk7 (195/50 R15 V) on a combination of roads for 8,000 average miles
Fitted these to my 2009 1.25 Fiesta, I found these tyres great handling and quiet, with astonishing wet grip and cornering.
However on a modestly powered and lightweight car within less than 8000 miles, mainly driven on local A and B roads they have shown considerable wear, particularly on the front driven wheels, while I would expect the fronts to wear quicker on a front wheel drive vehicle, I feel the amount of wear is excessive for the mileage covered. I will be trying Goodyear EfficentGrip Perfomance which are similarly priced hopefully they will offer similar performance with better durability.

Given 81% while driving a Fiat Bravo (205/55 R16 H) on mostly town for 16 miles
Excellent in dry grip is very good I would say the same for wet handling...But on the wear I can say after approximately 25.000 klms some cracks on the center line of the tyre were a bit of inconvenient..Generally I drive approximately 10.000 klms per year in all road conditions and I have them.now for 33.000 klms... Regarding the label for fuel consumption I would personally say no big deal...In general I am happy with them compared to Continental premium contact 2 that my car came with...Would by them again.

Given 100% while driving a Skoda Roomster (225/45 R17) on mostly motorways for 100 easy going miles
Have bought two 195/55 H15 for the front of my Skoda and felt an immediate improvement in noise levels and ride quality as soon as I drove out of the the tyre fitter's garage! Was so impressed a couple of miles down the road that I seriously considered going back to buy two more for the rears. Only my wife stopped me by reminding me how I'd been complaining earlier in the day about all the expenses that were "piling up". Paid £140.98 fitted for the pair at National Tyres, which was a good price, as many others were quoting £80 - 90 ea for this tyre and other suitable brands. Puttingg price to one side though, I decided on the Dunlop's as I was impressed by the good ratings given in each class for economy, wet weather performance and noise levels. On the basis of my limited experience so far (re the excellent noise levels and ride quality) I hope the high test ratings for economy and braking performance will also be born out as I clock up further miles. Am looking forward to fitting a further two to the rear as soon as I've worn the originals further, and The Good Lady gives permission!

Given 70% while driving a Toyota Avensis estate 1.8 petrol (205/55 R16 V) on a combination of roads for 12,000 spirited miles
Good tyres but do not last long. Have been using for the last four years. Been changing my front ones twice in a year. They do wear a lot. Do around 12k miles a year. Bit expensive for my test. Otherwise they're quiet, handles my car well and really grips in corners.

Given 63% while driving a Mazda 6 (225/55 R16) on a combination of roads for 15,000 average miles
I have these tyres fitted to my 2.0 l Mazda 6 but will fit something different next time. They have done about 15k miles but the tread on both the inside and outside edges has virtually disappeared. I check the tyre pressures monthly and have had the tracking and suspension checked. The grip is generally OK in most conditions. Road noise seems to have increased with wear.

Given 87% while driving a Skoda Fabia 1.2 (195/55 R15) on a combination of roads for 8,500 easy going miles
Had these tyres fitted approx. 12 months ago and have done about 8500 miles on the rear of my Skoda Fabia, I paid approx. £62/£63 for them and at that price where very good value, although they seem to have gone up in price now, good in both dry and wet weather, very little road noise and seem to be lasting on the rear well. I would buy these tyres again IF I was happy with the price and could get them for under £70.

Given 79% while driving a Audi A6 (225/45 R17) on mostly town for 14,000 average miles
Fitted these to the front of my A6 2.0 tdi brilliant grip in the wet and dry . I have been very pleased with these tyres but as they get near the wear marks they have got very noisy , sound like a worn wheel bearing. Have only managed to get just over 14000 miles out of them.

Given 44% while driving a Honda CIVIC 1.6 VTEC (195/60 R15 H) on mostly town for 8,000 average miles
Alarming, complete lack of grip in an inch or two of snow and slush, will never touch these tyres again, or any other Dunlop product. Not looking forward to my next journey !

Given 99% while driving a Honda Civic FD1 1.8 i Vtec (205/55 R16 W) on a combination of roads for 3,100 spirited miles
Excellent tires in all aspects. I have tested them in all kind of weather except in heavy rain and all kind of roads. Braking is excellent, no emotions whatsoever. Very quiet. What I do not like: the rim protection is far from perfect.

Given 77% while driving a Volkswagen Golf MK6 1.6 tdi (220/55 R16 V) on a combination of roads for 12,000 average miles
Very impressed with this tyre at first. Exceptional grip, performance, fuel economy, comfort, the works!! I drove from Swansea to Margate and reached 72 MPG with these at AVG speed of 69mph. Exceptional.

BUT
I reached about 7K miles and realised the outer edges were scuffing BADLY. Had the camber/caster checked by VW. Apparently fixed. Reached 12K miles and now they have started showing threads out of the scuff marks. Needed to be replaced. FRONT TYRES ONLY! Back tyres are still 6cm of tread throughout.

So. My advice for someone getting these for a VW. Rotate them around 5K so that you do not blow them like I did.

Given 89% while driving a Ford S Max (215/60 R16) on a combination of roads for 18,000 easy going miles
Had a set of these on the front of our Ford SMAX TDCI 2ltr. I drive very, very conservatively and managed to get 18,000 miles out of them. Always felt confident when driving with no issues at all, just felt right. I could have used cheaper tyres but as usual I was swayed by my perception of brand quality over unknowns and I'm quite happy with my decision. The car was never pushed to any limits and was driven in various weather conditions both motorway and roads without ever making me doubt their grip. Overall a good buy.
