Have done just 3000 on these in XL format fitted to my Audi A6 C6 3.0Tdi quattro and have to say the are the best tyre I've ever had on any car. Naturally too early to give any indication of wear but from the standpoint of sheer grippiness (?) they are phenomenal.

Good curb protection and quite springy when you have to mount a curb...no bad thing.

Comfort has also vastly improved over my contisportcontact 5 (front) and contisportcontact 3 rears. As they a slightly larger tyre I find that my speedo now reads spot on with my 2 x gps devices...you will normally find that when your speedo reads 70 your actually doing 67 and at 100 (on autobahn natch) you are doing about 95-96.

The downside is that my MPG, on say a 300 mile on a run, has gone down from 54 to 48-50. This will be a due to a more accurate rolling radius and the extra grip the tyres have to offer.

Luckily picked up a brand new set (initially for my Jag XK) for £480 so a bit of a bargain...but decided to put them on the Audi instead.

Expect them to last for at least 3yrs as, come Nov, my winter tyres and wheels will go on for 5 months.

Driving a Golf MKV GTI and changed from Dunlop Z1* to PSS 3 months ago. The PSS out performed the Z1* in all ways. The dry and wet grip give tremendous confidence at corners and yet provide sufficient progressiveness. Ran for 15000km already and still see it can run for another 20000km or so.

Just one month driving my Audi A8 W12 6.0 (Quattro) with them, size 255 40 R19 Y 100. Front wheels set at 42 psi, rear ones at 39. Single driver most of the time.
Around 2.000 kilometers made good on city, plain and mountain roads and highways, all under temperatures in the range of 15 to 38 degrees, mostly dry.

In a nutshell: simply outstanding, the best buy I have made so far after my house, my Audi itself and my digital piano as it is the best summer tire I have driven on for the last 34 years (around 550.000 kilometers made good and counting)

The way this tires are made (Twaron instead of iron, I have been told) makes me feel them as if they were 255 80 R19 instead of 255 40 R19: very comfortable indeed, even when pneumatic suspension is set to "dynamic".

Grip shows as if physical limits had disappeared like smoke.

Congratulations, Michelin, and thank you for giving us the chance to drive so. The sad side? I do not think you can improve them any bit further !!!!

These tires are very sick.. In 10000 km they are finish.. Very bad break. Only good when the tire hot also very late they are hot.

Don't get Vredstein...get these...more grip, longer lasting, and did I say more grip?

Drove 20,000 on the rear and have had to replace them already which sucks but have 31,000 on the front tires and they still have a coupe thousand miles left. These are definately better then the stock potenzas, i should have went wider with the sizes but i will next tire change. I was most impressed at how well they did in the rain for summer tires, not so much in the snow lol

Noisy, mind of their own, so bad Mitsubishi thought the steering was faulty !

Very very good fast road tyre. Hard to fault, maybe a little bit noisier than average but for the dry grip they give that's being picky

This tyre is way better than the Ps2

High speed grip is phenomenal. Taking corners at 100mph is a breeze.

Changing lanes while in a corner at 100mph is stable.

No more understeer, car seems to be a bit more tail-happy yet stable.

More bite during turn-ins.

Comfortable, soft tyres. Had to put 37psi pressure as it was kind of soft in corners. (Comming from the run flat tyres sidewall)

The road noise is acceptable, not the quietest nor the loudest. Just right to trade for these levels of grip. (Comming from michelin latitude and dB tyres)

Braking is better, more bite.

Perfect!!! Wear rate seems to be good. driven 6500miles. spirited

Have had lots of tyres on a variety of high performance coupes and saloons (e34 M5 and e86 Z4M Coupe mainly), and these have to be one of the best all-rounders I've ever used.

I'm getting 20k miles out of a set of rears, and the fronts have done 30k miles so far and have 4mm left.

The only thing that fazes them is the initial freezing conditions, as once the tyres have warmed up a little, cold/wet roads do nothing to reduce their grip.

They're equally at home on the motorway, fast A/B roads or Nurburgring.

Changed into these from Conti's and love them so far. Not had them for long therefore not sure about wear, however grip is phenomenal. Harder compound than the Conti's so ride is abit harder but give alot more confidence in the corners. A must buy for performance cars
