I would not recommend this brand if you care for your life. If you want to put yourself, your love ones in danger or other people that may get involved if this tires blow up, go ahead and puchase them. Only had few miles on it you can see the crack on both sides already, of my four tires! Waste of money dont buy this crap.

These tyres look nice with a good tread pattern seemed to be ok in wet and dry weather

BUT THESE TYRES I PERSONALLY FOUND TO BE DANGEROUS !!!!!!

I had these fitted to the rear of my car. One tyre inner side wall spilt what i had replaced four months before the second TYRE BLEW OUT AT MOTORWAY SPEED !!! AGAIN INNER SIDE WALL !!!

Given 23% while driving a Peugeot 307 (225/45 R17) on mostly town for 15,000 easy going miles
Asked my previously trusted tyre depot to fit 2 budget tyres to front of daughters Peugeot 307 (She drives slowly/carefully and is conscious of good fuel economy). Tyre No.1 flat and walls ripped after approx. 8000mls. Told her front tyres need to be same so No3 Sunew bought. After another 3000mls approx. tyre 2 bursts - put it down to bad lucK - strike stone ??. Bought tyre no 4. Noticed some wall cracking on tyre3 and sure enough this failed not long after. Newest tyre seemed Ok so replaced tyre 3 with new Sunew (tyre 5). 4 montsths later Tyre 4 shows severe cracking on walls. Concerned for daughters( and grandchild's) safety, took car to tyre depot and replaced both tyres with Unitroyals and asked for tyres to be returned to Sunew for refund. After chasing Sunew dealer for 3 months,he reported tyres had no fault, but as a gesture he offered a stupid 35% refund on 2 tyres returned based on tread wear!
The tread on all failed tyres was good, The wall rubber on these tyres crack like crazy - then they fail in the walls- they are dangerous and should be banned. If you have any concern for safety do not buy these tyres.

Don't over inflate the sunew tyre and it won't crack, they are a summer tyres and have a very hard compound which is perfect for hot tarmac roads and that means very poor handling in the wet on cold tarmac NOT ROCKIT SCIENCE,have these on my CHIPPED T5 306BHP work fine for me ( ex police driver class 1 )remember made for a very hot climate "CHINA" so slow down on a wet road they dont work well in the cold but will out perform most other tyres on hot tarmac more expensive tyres tends to be duel compound a mixture of hard and soft rubber' nylon' neoprene'so they are all weather types in effect giving all round performance but don't last as long, i use these tyres because the volvo is very heavy and they last a lot longer being hard compound

Pretty average in terms of handling, however that's to be expected of a cheap tyre. What I didn't expect is all 4 sidewalls to crack excessively and have one blow out on me, replaced all 4 as soon as I limped home on the space saver. Luckily I didn't waste my money buying these as they were on the car DO NOT BUY!!

Absolutely terrifying!

I have a pair of these fitted when i bought my car. I am getting rid of the as soon as i possibly can.

There is almost no progressive feel or feedback. They are slippery in the dry and lethal in the wet.

My traction control is all over the place when damp trying to keep the grip as these just break away.

Noisey...."I SAID THEY ARE A BIT ON THE LOUD SIDE".

all in all if your desperate buy better part worns.

The worst tyre i have ever used. in the dry it's OK. In the wet....it's as skippy and jumpy as a kangaroo on steroids !!

Mine were on the car 2.5 years , loads of tread left, but then it just exploded when i hit a small pothole.
The inner wall split the entire way round !!! when i changed ALL the tyres...the other three had cracked all the way round too !!!!!
I will NEVER NEVER buy these. If I had been going at speed.....i would be dead, as would my children !!!

These tyres are lethal!!!!! I put 4 new ones on my car back in june,
Just before chrismas i noticed cracks around the rim or both of the front tyres, so had to have them changed immediatly. I was driving on sunday and one of the back tyres blew the walls, making the car swerve!!! The tread is fine.
It is true, buy cheep buy twice, but these tyres should not even be sold here in the uk. Dont know how they pass trading standards. I will never buy such things ever again!!!!

Given 47% while driving a Vauxhall Vectra cdti (150) (225/45 R17) on mostly motorways for 120,000 easy going miles
I do self- employed motorway miles. When I buy a car I make sure it will take economy tyres as I drive conservatively to get the last penny's worth out of everything. Always aim to go at least twice round the clock. Took a rear tyre in with a slow puncture, which was a nail, but both outside longditudinal grooves had cracked right round so the dealer could flex the tyre inside out by hand. I replaced both Sunew tyres even though they had plenty of miles left in them. Have used economy tyres for years but never seen anything like this. False economy and potentially lethal. The dealer gave me nonsense about the state of the roads as he had sold them to me in the first place. Front tyres fine, also economy but different make.
