2nd year in a row of buying these tyres full set as they wore nearly all the same changed them from front to back after 10k im so glad i fround this sites and these tyres well worth the money £70 each fitted all in i couldnt believe i got 27k out off them very good grip in dry and excellent grip in the wet and winter thats why i got them last year expecting a bad winter but it wasnt too bad still great grip in the frost and ice.

I came to this web site two years ago and chose these tyres because of the reviews - they look like a car tractor tyre - chunky! hence quiet a lot of road noise.
But! I've just done 30,000 miles on the front tyres - never changed and I drive very aggressively!
I am so, so pleased! All the money Ive wasted in the past.
Just booked the car in for two new ones, heck I've just doubled the car value!!!:)

One does wonder about those who describe these tyres wearing excessively fast. I have not found this and at 12,000 miles, over the year, the wear has been no more appreciable than I would expect from any tyre. Tyres are, by their very nature, a 'scarificial' component, (i.e. designed to wear out with usage). One suspects that those drivers experiencing heavy wear may not be monitoring their tyre pressures as they should,and adjusting for the load they are carrying, in terms of number of passengers and/or weight in the boot for the journey. Speed, or lack of it should not be too much of a contributory factor to wear, but the means of getting to and from higher speeds will be. It is more likely that those who have found they are experiencing heavy wear are too fond of driving hard on the gas and hard on the brakes.From observations generally, I cannot help but notice the number of drivers who accelerate when they don't really need to,(usually overtaking at a point where the road calls for them to slow down), and who also brake un-necessarily,(going uphill towards a junction or other vehicle), rather than letting the incline reduce their speed. I always go by the general axiom, "...I have not gone to the trouble of spending money on petrol to now waste all this kinetic energy I have created by using my brakes...."

A very good tyre. Coming from Eco continental 3's (that came as standard) straight away grip improved 100%.
No longer were corners a question mark which our other cars could take at 60mph and the panda could only safely achieve 40.
Braking and wet grip also improved dramatically, this is by only changing the front two tyres.
Progressiveness is poor but this may be down to the cars chassis/suspension which although is adequate, not the most sophisticated.
They are comfier and ever so quieter on the road, driving a small car this means a lot.
They are so good even though the back tyres still have around 5k left, they are being changed to these.
At this tyre size you cannot get much better, only the Firestone's beat them in dry conditions.

I have these tires for 14000 km.The grip in dry conditions is good, in wet is very good. Much better from the previous Bridgestone Turanza ER 300 I had. The consumption is better too.Driving normally the wear is OK, still like new. I would buy these again.

Fitted these to the front of my 1991 Honda Civic.

Only 2,000 miles so cannot comment on wear. Quieter than my previous (Admiral) tyres.

I do enjoy a fast corner (where safe to do so!) and grip is very good. Not sure about feedback as the PAS on my car robs much of the tyre feel.

I was driving in the great hailstorm in July 2012 on some of the wettest roads I've ever encountered. Because traffic was quiet, I did some experimentation.

Ensuring there was no other road user about I tried out a few emergency stops, sometimes in half inch of water and also a few fast roundabouts.

No drama, skid or slew at all with just one exception. This was on a roundabout where the (budget clad) rear end kicked out whilst the Rain Experts stayed firm at the front.

I've just bought a second car and will certainly fit Rain Expert.

very comfortable tires but at the cost of soft sidewalls and poor feedback.
the grip in dry is a bit dissapointing, in wet they do pretty well, but you cant compare them to more sporty tires.
when pushed to the limit the grip wont just let go, but gives you plenty of warning, yet its so hard to feel anything because of the softness.

for the average driver an excellent tire but for someone who likes to go fast occasionally l wouldnt recommend them

Apart from the appalling rate of wear these tyres seem pretty good. Most of my miles are main A roads, but the two front tyres have lasted less than 9 months. I am not a fast driver, but the car is heavy (Sabb 9-5 estate).
I will not be buying any more.

Had 4 of these fitted 5000 mileas ago ony Laguna 1.9 DCi. I am no boy racer, (60) and use mainly on country roads, a bit of town and a bit of autoroute. Front are almost down to the wear indicators. Rear are fine. Don't know what I'm doing wrong, but won't replace them with the same. Last tyres were Hankook, and Kleber. I am sooo dissapointed.

Fitted a pair to the front of my 206 September 2011. Plus points - stick like the proverbial to a blanket, more or less regardless of the weather. The minus - I have completely scrubbed them out to the point of being well into 'illegal territory' in about 9 months or roughly 11,000 miles. No I am not a boy racer (I'm mid 50s) nor are they on a 'go faster' hatchback, it's a Peugeot 206 diesel driven mostly on motorways at around the 65mph mark. Whilst they 'do what they say on the can' in terms of grip, this is clearly achieved by using a soft compound hence the, quite frankly, pretty poor lifespan. Won't be buying another set - not because they don't work but because it'll cost a fortune to keep replacing them! But if you have a deep enough wallet, they are hard to beat.

These are a great tyre. Without pushing really hard i have never come unstuck in the wet. Even when it was raining very heavily with very strong winds on the motorway, i have never had a hint of aquaplaning even at 70+- a few mile an hour. In the dry they are also very good again never really getting out of shape unless pushing hard. I do mainly motorway miles travelling to and from home at the weekends. I have had these tyres fitted for the last 16 months and have covered over 18,000 miles and they still have mountains of tread. So with regards to some reviews saying they are poor wearing they have either had a poor batch (unlikely if all tyres are wearing quickly) or not looking after them correctly E.g not keeping them correctly inflated or overloading without adjusting tyre pressures.
