Given 86% while driving a MG MGF VVC (195/50 R15 V) on a combination of roads for 1,000 spirited miles
Replaced front tyres on MGF these Yokos have inspired confidence once again to push the car through corners in both wet and dry, no more understeer or sliding of the front before the back..Really nice tyre

Given 86% while driving a MG MGF (195/45 R16) on a combination of roads for 13,000 spirited miles
Ive had these tyres for around 13 thousand miles on the back of a rear wheel car driven hard ! did do 3500 in the summer going to spain and back on motorways but fantastic tyres cannot fault them atall ! in the dry they stick like glue and are generally quite (do have a convertible so may well buff noise out anyway ! i paid 110 for 2 brand new tyres and would buy again ! pirelli p zero in the front and they are awful cant trust them in the wet atall front slips before the back in a rear wheel drive car ! work that out ! best bit still to come, i have 2 ml left !!

Given 91% while driving a Citroën Saxo VTR (225/45 R14) on a combination of roads for 1,000 spirited miles
Only had them on for just over a week, done a fair few miles on them and i like them. They are much better than my old tyres which were cooper tyres. The grip in the dry is great, when i turn the wheel the car follows, where as with my old tyres it had a knack for understeer. In the wet they are still good tyres and are responsive, and if it wasn't for my dodgy bald rear tyre i would never have spun off! i would recommend these to anyone who is looking for a cheap sticky tyre.

Given 74% while driving a Peugeot 106 (185/55 R14 V) on track for 1,000 spirited miles
Great tire!
Use it on track and dry grip is verry good.
On wet is good only when was new-only public roads
After 2 track days and changing in all variations(front -rear, left - right) they still feel gripy when hot.
will buy again!

THEY SEEM TO BE OK. I CHANGED FROM CHEAP 195 55 15, TO THESE 195 45 16. SO THERE BOUND TO BE BETTER THAN BEFORE BUT THEY DO SEEM TO FOLD UP UNDER HARD CORNERING!

Given 42% while driving a Toyota Altis (195/55 R15) on a combination of roads for 500 spirited miles
After I switched over from TOYO Proxes T1R to YOKOHAMA S Dirve,I thought it will give me the same driving comfort and safety experience, but YOKOHAMA S drive was very slippery particularly driving down the wet slope road, it almost led me to a crash in a tunnel while entering it with about 20 ~30 degree slope downward. To be safe, I will definitely switch back to TOYO T1R

Given 90% while driving a SEAT Arosa (195/40 R16 W) on mostly town for 500 spirited miles
had them fitted the day i drove my fam to worchester. was one hot day at 26*c which we can safely say is unlikely in th UK!

dry grip is good, didnt get a big a lateral movement when overtaking lorries which is a +. response is sharp, holds it's own at 30-40, lets me turn in more aggressively later.

very very quiet from 60+, def beats the budgets i killed my last set of alloys with. no shaking at any speeds up to 100(god bless motorways). it is, as others have said, a little rigid but use ur brain, lower the psi!! i like feeling th road but being th UK, potholes, lane dividers and outright crazy speed bumps do make u bounce n hit u hard

i did push it to skid around 45 into a sharp right. needed a handbrake to straighten up but i knew how ,when and it behaved nicely

had a little measure and after 500 miles of frankly irresponsible testosterone driven fun and somehow, there's still 8mm of tread?checked hot and cold and still th same?

i'm happy to have moved up to yokohamas, and this tyre. as my first mid range tyre, i cant say it's better then anything except i've had a great oepning 500 miles worth of time with them . it can only get better!

I bought these for my Kia Proceed as soon as my Falken FK452 wore off....
These tyres are absolutely DANGEROUS in wet conditions...You just WONT stop!!!
I cant wait to change them...compared to these,The FKs look like the best tires in the world...

Wouldn't even think of buying them again....

Given 65% while driving a MINI Cooper (225/45 R16) on a combination of roads for 0 spirited miles
the peak grip of these tires in dry conditions is average at best. i have a mini cooper so i tend to do hard cornering pretty often. i used to have some dunlops fitted and i must say, these yokohamas are nowhere near as sharp. those were like the car was on rails. these are like the car is on rails made of jello, or chewing gum. not very grippy. in the wet they are better than the dunlops though. the feedback is reasonably good. you can tell the limits of the tires grip and back off before you lose the car. they are progressive, none of this abrupt loss of traction. they are very comfortable and cushy on the highway though, something i couldn't say for the dunlops. however because of the lack of overall grip, i just don't get that rollercoaster feeling in the corners where it feels like my guts are shifting to one side of my body. i love that feeling and as a result i would not buy these tires again. the car understeers more in longer higher-speed bends, and when attempting to do quick transitions and short turns, the car has significantly more liftoff oversteer. the tires look good and also look very wide on my small car, but they just lack that crisp, gut-wrenching grip that i got on my old ones.

Given 44% while driving a SEAT Leon Cupra (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 1,000 average miles
Heard these were Good so replaced my front Avon zz3's, not as good looking as the avons, seem ok in the dry nothing to write home about tho, however they scare me in the wet or mildly damp!! I turn right, little bit of power and the car carries straight on like I'm on ice! Can't wait to get them off!
