Volvo V40 T3 Cross country Tyre Review Highlights

Writing about the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 given 89% (225-45-18-)
Driving on a combination of roads for 20000 easy going miles
Got a full set of A6, I now need to replace the two front tyres after 2 years and approx. 20'000 miles. I am driving a Volvo V40 Cross Country, I tend to try gentle but fast.

The wear of the tyres ended up being stronger on the inside, maybe they weren't perfectly balanced after sustaining a nail in the tyre a few months back.
Just in the process of ordering 2 new A6 tyre for the Volvo.

The back tyres hopefully have another 10'000 miles in them.

Writing about the Pirelli Cinturato P 7 Ecoimpact given 49% (225-45-17-)
Driving on mostly country roads for 7500 average miles
Pirelli Cinturato P7 Ecoimpact were fitted to car when I bought it. I've found that they readily lose grip on: drain covers, smooth tarmac, tarmac sealant and smooth concrete such as multi-storey car parks. I feel I can't trust these tyres on corners. I cannot recommend these tyres and will replace with another brand. I've driven V40's with Michelins and Continentals, they handle better than these. Avoid.

Not a comfortable tyre. Tend to lose grip on very smooth dry tarmac, though strangely not bad in wet, Car came with them, will replace with another brand when they wear.
