My initial thoughts were great but problems started after I had my tires in storage over the winter when I had winter tires on. I had the tires stored in a ventilated, room temperature garage stacked on top of eachother laying down. When I took the tires out for the spring, I noticed that all 4 tires had gotten long hairline cracks lengthwise in the threadpattern. Easy to go unnoticed but if you looked for them, you'd find them. I had regular tire pressure all the time so it's not a case of overfilling either. I then drove them this summer 2021 without bigger issues but recently my car started vibrating a bit so I threw the wheels on a balancing machine where you could see that even if the rim was straight, the surface of the tire itself was uneven and wobbling both in height and sideways. I'll have to find new tires now after this winter season.

Half worn down on a Volvo V70 and the wet grip is absolutely horrible. On fresh wet pavement, the AWD system has to kick in almost every time you accelerate quicker because they lose grip so quickly. Feels scary driving if there's water on the road, even though there's a lot of tread left and the pressures are all normal.

Got these after Michelin Primacy 225/45 17W. Radar is cheap, comfort and quiet. Havent drive much with these so dont know about how long these will last but so far just positive feelings. There was MUCH more tramling when driving Michelins. Sure, Michelins were worn tyres and Y speed but anyway: car was tramling quite baddly with Mich´s but no tramling at all with Radars.

I havent got any problems with grip in any conditions, not even in cold, rainy conditions. In wet road conditions i could keep same speed in hard turns than i drove those curves with Michelin.

Volvo aint a sport car so i dont drive it at the limit but the limit comes via car, not via tyres in this case.

I give "thumbs up" for Radar.

I am an advanced Police driver in the UK, I put 4 of these on my AWD V70, I would class them as a dangerous tyre on a wet or damp road. Average on dry roads, fair bit of road noise. Definately would not recommend and would not buy again.
