Given 81% while driving a Jaguar XF S (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 8,000 average miles
Decided to fit winter tyres to Jaguar xf, which being automatic and rear wheel drive , was not clever in the snow. I could not believe the difference these budget tyres made. They coped so well during the "Beast from the East" last year, and again in the snow on a visit to north west Scotland this year. I was even passing 4x4s I was so confident in these tyres. I would definitely buy these again.

Given 79% while driving a Opel Signum Sport 3.0CDTi (215/55 R16) on mostly country roads for 10,000 spirited miles
Bought these for winter, as they were cheapest, as an emergency measure due to lack of funds.
First 1000 km they were total shit, they were slipping all over the place in dry and not very cold. But closer to 1500km they started to perform drastically different. Solid grip in wet, dry and snow. Good on ice, as good as non-studded tires can be good on snow.
Must be some kind of preservation oil contaminated top layer of the tire, making it very slippery.
Overall by again, not too much wear tho

Given 43% while driving a BMW 330ci (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 2,000 spirited miles
RWD BMW E46 - improved traction over summer tyres in snow and ice on a notoriously poor snow handling car. However day to day on dry and damp roads tyres have unexpectedly lost traction on the rear under moderate acceleration and recently under heavy braking tyres locked up far sooner than summer tyres which were progressive and extremely grippy (temperature range -4 to 7 degrees C). It's the law to put snow tyres on where I am but can't help thinking I'd have been safer not changing for these tyres. Won't buy again, will use the Dunlops I had before.
