Excessive flaking started on 20 000km. Front tyres now in poor condition at 31000km. Not the tyre you would expect on a car that must "take you beyond"! Will not buy again!

they say you get what you pay for,well for the extra money spent,these tyres have payed back in high mileage(40,000+),they cut though snow and mud,and on black ice(lets say im still here with no marks to the disco)and bendy roads kept on the stright ,around towns grip is realy good with very little to none road noise(its a disco and noisy),in emergancy stops IT STOPS,i would recommend to all, who want a good all round tyre, for mud and snow and high mileage

I had Goodyear Wranglers as original equipment on my 2004 Range Rover 3.0 diesel. They did 50,000 miles and were still legal when I replaced them with another set of Wranglers in autumn 2009. I saw that they were the tyres used non Range Rovers when I did a Land Rover Adventure off-road course and they coped amazingly well with deep, soft mud, climbing out of the lake etc. I am sorry that they hqave been replaced as OEM on current Range Rovers as I had great confidence in them and the slow rate wear was very good. In 60,000 miles I never had a puncture either!

This is a Mud & Snow tyre and very suited to our Scottish glen either on tarmac or gravel. It has proven very good in snow and occasionally off road.It performs excellently all year round summer and winter.Unfortunately it is nigh impossible to get from Goodyear as these tyres are never available. Hence we are having to try a different tyre company.

Freelander 2 changed at 33k all 4 tyres. 2 to 3 mm left. Was Starting to breakaway on cornering and in the wet. Replaced with same hp wrangler. Keep best as garage spare. FL2 drives like new again on these. Also had Nitrogen n2 filled for improved deflation in cold. Expecting another mid thirties k miles out of these. Cost £499. Worth the expense for another 3 years motoring.

Had these tyres on since new, just turned 50k and still got a few mm left, will need to replace them this year. Will definately be looking at the same tyres as long as they are not too much more expensive than others.

I have booked my Freelander 2 in for new set of same Goodyear Wranglers tomorrow - not the cheapest I admit, will be about ?560 but have lasted 42k! Fronts on 2mm but back on 4mm and only reason for changing rears is that they have 'castellated' apparently and rumbling a bit now. Land Rover don't do tyres but if they did they say that they would fit same tyres. Most of my mileage is on motorway but take offroad once a week or so and no problem with Wranglers.

I have had these tyres on a Discovery 2 TD5 since new. They have excellent road manners and wear rate is exceptional; one pair lasted 50,000 and the other pair 55,000 -and I don't hang around. Definately will buy again.

I've had these tyres on the car from new and done about 22000 miles. They have worn evenly and still have about 6-8000 miles of wear in them. They're used mainly on-road with a little off-road use. In the snow and ice over the last two winters they've performed reasonably well. I have never got stuck though some skidding on packed snow was a problem over a short distance. Not sure how any other tyre might have coped. Smooth, quiet and comfortable on tarmac, they've returned mpg in line with expectations and the car's specification.
