Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van Tyre Review Highlights

Writing about the Michelin Agilis Plus given 85% (195-70-15-)
Driving on a combination of roads for 70000 easy going miles
I used them for 10 years and more than 100000 km and they just dont wear. Still had 6mm pattern.
It was fully satisfactory in dry, but I am a slow driver. On wet you need to be carefull with slipping and braking, but in aquaplanning they are very good in my opinion.

Writing about the Nokian Outpost nAT given 97% (275-65-18-)
Driving on a combination of roads for 2000 spirited miles
Early impressions of the Nokian Outpost nAT are extremely positive after 2k miles of mixed weather and surfaces. Having previously traveled 40k miles on my OE BFG KO2 fitment, I was keen to try an alternative All-Terrain tire. The KO2 had become overly noisy, lacked wet grip, and were awful in packed snow and ice. Most striking, the nAT proved to be as quiet as the passenger car tires on my other vehicles. At speed, wind and engine note now dominate the audible experience rather than tire roar. Our local weather has seen 8” of snow one week and near 80d F the next, with some heavy rain tossed in the mix as well. The Nokian’s have exceeded my high expectations in all conditions. Their performance has been nothing short of confidence inspiring, a vast improvement over the KO2.

No doubt these tyres are tough and last. They are good in gravel and sand and average in mud. Good for rock crawling although Ginny do too much of this in a 6m sprinter. However, wet handling was scary at times. Any wet white line or expansion joint caused a loss of traction and some scary moments. Wet braking on tarmac was also really poor. Sadly in the U.K. the choice of AT tyres is limited with most of the best not being imported….BUT if 80% plus of your time is on tarmac I would look elsewhere.

Writing about the Dynamo HISCEND H MC02 given 94% (235-65-16-)
Driving on mostly motorways for 30000 spirited miles
I’m a courier doing regular trips across the continent from UK to Poland. I was looking for the best price to value ratio tyre for obvious reasons with the job I do. The Dynamo MC02 van tyres came highly recommended by a colleague so I gave them a go. I’ve been through a couple of sets now and am happy to give a very positive review. They’re somehow very puncture resistant, a plague in my trade, I’ve notably had substantial decrease in punctures. Good mileage, smooth driving and quiet. With rotation I got about 45,000km. Dynamo are the best value van tyres out there in my opinion. There are cheaper options out there but with less mileage and other problems that Dynamo don’t.

These tyres must be the best on the market, The pictures of them don't do them justice. I have never had tyres like these, the traction they give is outstanding, they look fantastic and the performance is fantastic. They are quiet and give you confidence on all surfaces and in all weather, The tread is chunky and is the tyre for anyone looking for traction and braking power, I only wish they made a size to fit my 4x4.

I'm from Germany and i bought the tyre for the MB Sprinter 319 Blue Tec.
I never have had such bad tyres. The Van is always "swimming", if you have to go to the Highway, all over 120 km/h is surely immpossible to drive.

Hi there, well after sitting on the wall on what to buy ?. Well I really went for it & through caution to the wind, money wise being a true Yorkshire man but could see & appreshiate previous heritage with new material & compounds marying each other. Then going out their & proving at the ecstream edge of compretition at all levels on the roads of grit sand tarmac rocks.
I also wanted that rugged look to my Sprinter 216CDI Van. She my van handled well in all conditions & returned very good MPG of 48 to the gallon do 60-65-70 mile/hour.Everyone who see my van look in admiration & even take note of the tyres also asking about the tyres.
On B back roads uneven terrain 40Lbs PSI,35 to 45mph. On fast B road & A roads, Motorways 50Lbs may be 52Lbs max. ALL@ COLD TYRES TEMPERTURE.
