Shocking tyres in the wet - buy something else if there is any chance of rain anywhere near where you are going. Volvo's are pretty sure footed, but my V70 just understeers across the road when it is wet at 20 mph. Really, these are dangerous :-(

Tyres worn out after 8 - 8.5k miles. Terrible wet grip. Occasionally car would start to skid on large roundabouts at low/moderate speeds. Cheap but would definitely pay more next time for something better

These tyres are terrible in the wet. The worst tyre I have ever had. Had other budget brands in the past but others in my experience are far superior (120,000 miles of same car ownership).

Ok, 1st ok all I am based in Egypt. I have a W204 C300 Merc AMG Edition 1. Heavy car with 235hp RWD staggered setting and adaptive sport suspension. 225/45R17 Front & 255/40R17 Rear. These tyres were newly fitted to my car when I bought it second hand with 30K miles on the clock. Handled accaptably on decent driving. But wore pretty quick we complete deformation on the rear pair with some kickdowns and speeding. I do a lot of long travels along well paved roads. Like 3 hours at 110-120 MPH. Caused awful wandering due to side wall deformation and the steel lining broke completely and caused lateral pull that took a lot of time by the dealer to discover it was actually the tyres causing it. Will never fit them again. Never.

Given 84% while driving a Alfa Romeo 159 2.4 jtdm 200hp (245/40 R19 W) on mostly motorways for 14,000 spirited miles
These tyres were as good regarding dry grip as tyres twice the cost and I drive hard . Wet grip is also equally good , you'd have to be an idiot to lose the car in the wet . I cannot understand anyone calling them dangerous . Handling in dry and wet is as good as the setup of your car ie. correct tyre pressures , camber , castor and toe . No different in my case to the AVONS just taken off which were twice the cost . Comfort is about suspension so cannot comment really , just a tad stiff as am running uprated springs and shocks . The feedback is excellent and I will buy again .

I have been driving with those for over 2k miles and I have nothing really bad to say about them. I am very rarely taking the car to extremities so I can't really say if tyres are grippy or not. I have not felt loss of traction in my daily driving. Of course, tires do slip on hard acceleration, but that I consider normal given the 610nm kicking the rear wheels. Tyres provide average feedback from the road, but that is not a problem for the non-spirited driver like me. Wear is pretty good for, compound is really soft with hard walls (XL rated). They do feel on the noisy side at times, but that is acceptable given their price.

Would totally purchase them again. Best bank for the buck definitely.

Recently purchase a Volvo C30 D3 2012 R-Design and these tyres were already fitted.
I have being driving on them just over one month and I have just ordered up a new set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4 to replace them.I have little faith in these tyres and do wonder why some people fit such a poor tyre on a reasonably powerful car.In the dry they are just about passable,it's a complete lack of feedback from the tyre and the noise given off by them is terrible on certain road surfaces as for wet grip it's very poor and traction brakes very easily with little feedback.
I suggest you give these a wide berth next time some tyre outlet suggests them and try and purchase some a tad better.

Given 24% while driving a Jaguar XJ (X351) SWB 3.0d (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 3,000 spirited miles
I bought a Jaguar XJ 3.0 Diesel 2013 and these were fitted to it front 245/45R19 and rear 275/40R19. In the dry they are ok grip wise however in the wet they are useless and dangerous. Very very very noisy specially on a cold dry winter day. I have done good 3k miles and they havent worn a touch, not serprised though because they are like hard lump of plastic not rubber. You can tell from their colour they are a very hard tyre. I am going to changing them all to Falken even though there is still good 5mm of tread left on them. I really don’t understand why people put rubbish tyre on luxury and sport cars. Why buy an expensiv flashy car and try to save a few pounds on the most critical thing on the car. My advise to people DO NOT buy these horrible/ dangerous tyres. If you have a sport car buy mid-range or premium. If you have an everyday car and you want to save money then buy a better budget brand probably cost a fiver per tyre more if that.

Brilliant tyres for the price. Little bit noisy at higher speeds but saved £150 against Pirelli. Have really good grip in all weathers for a budget tyre and are a bit better than the dunlops they replaced. Would reccomend.

Bought a set for the rear of my bmw 530d that has also been remapped. Everyone said thet where crap put lasted me 25000 miles the car has 575nm of torque going to the back wheels so never expected to get that distance out of them!! Never caused me any problems in the wet or dry and i like to boogy on.. for the price i would highly recommend amd have even bought another set myself

just bought some Accelera PHI tyres and are having them fitted today, after reading reviews I thought o no a noisy poor quality tyre that does,nt handle in the wet. Not good if fitting to an E46 M3. this is the first set of tyres that I shall be fitting to the car in the 5 years of ownership of it.
My current tyres hit the 1.6 wear indicator about 3 months ago so really do need changing.
checked my tyres yesterday to see what I have and low and behold i,m already running Accelera PHI and some Kendels on the front
I am more than happy to have these tyres on the car again and I found that the only time I get the bad road noise is when I hit the concrete section of the M25 which is not often.

Given 38% while driving a Mercedes Benz CL500 (225/45 R17) on mostly country roads for 1,000 spirited miles
Acelera PH1 2 on rear tyres only ( note GY Eagle F1 Asy 3 on front axle ).
As a tyre snob I only bought these 275/40 R19 105Y due to 2 bad sidewall punctures ... all they had in my size stranded out in the sticks!
On the face of it ... not a usual choice for an S class coupe with a reasonably powerful 5.5L V8 engine with the 7G Plus gearbox.
0-60 in 5 secs. So in fairness they didnt really stand a chance.
On the positive side they are quiet, and at UK legal speeds, pottering around they are "superficially" surprisingly good.
For A low powered shopping trolley they might be OK in the dry.

What I dont like is the lack of "feel", and if pushed a little in the wet on a long bend ... the back can be made to drift out unnervingly easily.
The main flaw is in the wet; even accelerating relatively briskly will result in the back snaking side to side. I assume this is simple the tyres being unable to handle the power ( despite lord knows how many technologies such as ESP, Traction Control, LSD etc. )
I dont have the guts to try the flat out "Launch" mode. But I am convinced it would result in the car remaining stationery and the rear tyres smoking like hell!
These are just not suitable for a performance car.
My main concern would be .. if one can get the back to snake so easily in the wet; does it follow that if you had to do an emergency brake in the wet, would they lose grip equally quickly?? I think so.
For this reason I would never buy tyres like these again ... and as soon as Goodyear make my tyre size in the Asymmetric 3 I will change them !
As they say its not how you drive but what others will do!
Even if I drive extremely cautiously .... if someone just instantly comes out in front of you ... I wouldnt like to rely on these in the wet.
